Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended Dose (Adults)

1 capsule 3 times daily, on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for prolonged use.
