Suggested Use

Rice bran and germ are the polishings of brown rice. Although the bran and germ take up only 8% of the kernel, they contain 65% of the nutritional value. It is so delicious that it can be eaten right out of the bag. Create a delicious smoothie by blending 1-2 tablespoons of rice bran and germ, 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia Powder and any other Organic Traditions or Natural Traditions products with sufficient water (3-6 cups) to achieve the desired consistency.
