Directions

Prahost griddle/skillet to medium low heat Add ½ cup of dry pancake mix to mixing bowl Add egg, oil and water to bowl Mix with rubber spatula or spoon until well combined Add more water if needed Prepare griddle/pan by coating with oil Place 2 tablespoons batter per pancake onto heated pan Make sure to leave space between pancakes Cook 3-5 minutes or until top is slightly set Flip and cook the other side until golden brown Serve immediately Makes 6 small pancakes Refrigerate and consume within 2 days, or freeze; always enjoy at room temperatura.
