How To Cook It

Rinse the rice 2-3 times until the water runs clear.

Put rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let sit for 10 minutes, covered.

Heat the vinegar, salt and sugar together in a small saucepan, to dissolve sugar. Fluff rice with a fork and gently stir in the vinegar mixture.

Let cool for about 15 minutes before using.

* If using a rice cooker, use the same rice to water ratio and add vinegar mixture after cooking.

1½ cup water

1 Tbsp sugar

1½ tsp salt

1½ cup rice vinegar
