Directions

Adult Dosage: 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals.

Risk Information

Do not take this supplement at the same time as supplemental calcium, zinc and/or iron as phytic acid (the form of inositol found in foods) may interfere with the absorption of minerals, especially calcium, zinc, and iron. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause nausea, tiredness, headache, dizziness and gastrointestinal distress.
