Apply after each feeding, or as needed. Feel free to slather liberally on flanges for more comfy pumping. But we've also been known to slather it on things like lips (sometimes we call it "nipple butter"), cuticles (just call it an Earth Mama manicure), or heels (sandal season is coming, people).
