Recommended Use or Purpose

A workout supplement for athletic Aid. Source of (essential) amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis and for the maintenance of good health. Assists in the building of lean muscle [tissue/mass] when combined with regular [weight/resistance] training and a healthy balance Nutrition Plan. Source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are involved in protein synthesis. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats and in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps with tissue formation and with maintenance of proper muscle function.

Recommended Dose

(Adults): Take one scoop daily, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Mix product well in 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
