Ingredients

Whey protein isolate, Whey protein hydrolysate, Cocoa, Natural flavours, Natural cream, Sea salt, Guar gum, Stevia leaf extract (debittered), Silicon dioxide, Potassium citrate, Digestive blend (inulin, cinnamon, enzymes [lactase, protease], probiotics [Bacillus subtilis DE111, Lactobacillus fermentum SD-5847] [1 billion CFU/serving]), Sunflower lecithin and/or soy lecithin.

Contains: Milk (whey), Soy (lecithin).

Recommended Dose

Add 175 mL (6 oz) of cold water to a shaker cup, then add 1 scoop of powder. Shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds. Enjoy after exercise; first thing in the morning; or anytime you need extra protein. Milk, juice, or your favourite beverage can also be used instead of water if desired.
