How to Use

Use Magnesium Gel at your massage therapy session, after a workout, a long day hunche over a desk, or Assist relieve sore aching muscles, including restless legs

Massage up to 5 ml (1 tsp) on areas of tens Rinse after a few minutes, if desired.

Cautions

Those with sensitive skin may wish to further dilute the product with pure water oraskin-friendly oil. For external use only. Avoid direct application to mucous membranes. Keep out of the eyes. If you have a health condition or are pregnant consult your practitioner before supplementing with magnesium.
