Recommended Dose

Children 1-3 years ¼ tsp daily
Children 4-8 years ½ tsp daily
Adolescents 9-18 years 1 ¼ tsp daily
1 teaspoon (tsp) = 2.5g by weight, 205 mg of magnesium 

Directions Of Use

Mix dosage amount into a glass of water (or hot water), stir well and drink.
