How To Use

• Apply one coat of Nail Foundation Priming Basecoat to clean and dry nails. 

• Let dry completely. 

• Follow with your favourite Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer (not included) and Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat (not included) for a polished, ultra-glossy manicure.
