How To Use

• Apply one coat of Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat over your favorite butter LONDON Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer for an ultra-glossy finish. Let dry. 

• For best results, pair with Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat (not included) prior to nail lacquer.
