Recommended Dose

1/4  tsp (1g) 2-4 times daily.

Add to hot water and enjoy as a broth, or add to other beverages like coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. May also be added to food, or smoothies, put into capsules, or used as directed by your practitioner.
