Cautions and Warnings

Some people may experience diarrhea when taking over 5/8 teaspoons (50 drops) a day.

Do Not Drink Straight, dilute 1/16-1/4 teaspoon with a glass of water or any beverage or food and consume gradually.

To Assist prevent magnesium deficiency add 1/4 teaspoon to a glass of water 4 times a day.
