Jamieson Calcium Magnesium and Zinc is enriched with zinc for added mineral support. This formula combines calcium and magnesium at the optimal 2:1 ratio to support strong bones and healthy muscle function. It also may help to reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Purified magnesium silicate, water-soluble cellulose, modified cellulose gum, titanium dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax.

Directions

Adults: Take 1-3 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Warning

Some people may experience diarrhea. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
