Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silica, coating (hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose), and magnesium stearate (veg).

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet, 1-2 times daily with evening meal or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a healthcare provider if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen or if you are breastfeeding. Use with caution in cases of extreme diarrhea.
