Recommended Dose

Adults take 2 capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products.

Caution

Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney stones, a liver disorder, or an iron deficiency.
