Directions

Adult Dosage: (≥ 19 years): Take 3 capsules 2 times daily. For use beyond 3 months consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Menopausal and postmenopausal women should consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
