The berries of the saw palmetto plant have been used traditionally to enhance male urinary and reproductive health. Saw palmetto is a natural Health-Wellness-Car-e for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a common condition in men over 50. BPH can cause urinary problems and is a risk factor for prostate cancer.

Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), silica, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended Adult Dose

1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
