A twist on the Japanese favourite, shogayaki, this umami (savoury) paste is anything but "yaki"! Made from gluten-free miso and fresh ginger, it is great for stir fries, simmers or as a marinade.

Ginger*, Shallot*, Miso Paste* (Soybeans*, Water, Salt, Brown Rice*, Cane Sugar*), Vinegar* (Brown Rice*, Water), Garlic, Gluten-Free Soy Sauce (Brown Rice*, Soybeans*, Salt, Water), Coconut Sugar*, Himalayan Pink Salt.

Recipe Suggestion

MISO GINGER JAPANESE FRY (SERVES 2) Saute 2 cups protein/carb of choice with 2 heaped tsp Mekhala Miso Ginger Paste (eg. tofu, eggs, etc). Or use in a simmer or marinade.
