GINGER SCALLION CHINESE STIR FRY (SERVES 2) Stir fry 2 heaped tsp Mekhala Ginger Scallion Paste and 2 cups protein/carb of choice (eg. veggies, rice, etc). Or scoop over rice or noodles.
