How To Use

• Apply one coat of Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat to clean and dry nails. 

• Let dry completely. 

• Follow with your favourite Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer (not included).

• Follow with Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat (not included) for best results.
