Recommended Use

Recommended Dose

(Adults and adolescents over 14 years): As an Antioxidant: 1-13 tablets/day. For Symptoms of Allergic Rhinitis: 4-13 tablets/day. As a Source of Protein and Amino Acids: 8-13 tablets/day. For children under 6, crush or chew tablets to prevent choking, or as directed by your health Wellness-Care practitioner. Drink plenty of water. Store in a cool, dry, dark area.
