Whole wheat flour, Whey protein concentrate, Wheat protein isolate, Sprinkles (maltitol, corn starch, vegetable oil [palm and palm kernel oil], sugar, soy lecithin, fruit and vegetable concentrates [colour], dextrin, spirulina extract [colour], confectioner's glaze, annatto extract [colour], turmeric extract [colour], carnauba wax, sodium bicarbonate), Milled flax seed, Baking powder, Natural birthday cake flavour, Salt, Monk fruit concentrate.

Contains: Milk, Wheat, Soy. 

May contain: Eggs, Sulphites.

Cooking Instructions

Makes 3 medium pancakes

1. Combine 2/3 cup of mix with 1/2 cup of water or milk.

2. Mix together.

3. Cook 1-2 minutes per side, on lightly oiled pan.
