Land Art's Organic Vitamin D3 for Baby is naturally sourced and derived from lanolin. It is mixed with certified organic coconut oil.

This vitamin D3 has a dropper for easy dosing. One drop contains 400 IU of vitamin D3. Each bottle contains 490 drops. 

Since we don't allow babies to be exposed to the sun's rays because of their fragile little skin, and since mothers in the northern hemisphere are often deficient in vitamin D, many babies unfortunately do not have access to enough vitamin D to maintain their health.

To avoid deficiency, dental malformations or even rickets in newborns, vitamin D intake is necessary for the development and maintenance of baby's bones and teeth, so it is recommended to give baby a supplement of Vitamin D3.

According to Health Canada, a nutritional intake of 400 IU of vitamin D per day through supplementation is sufficient for a baby, from birth to 12 months, until they can supply vitamin D on their own, by other foods fortified with Vitamin D.

It is recommended to continue vitamin D3 supplementation in young children even after 12 months. You can consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner to confirm whether you should increase your child's vitamin D intake above 400 IU.

Dosage and How to use

Babies (0-24 months) : 1 drop per day.

Put a drop directly into the baby's mouth. You can also mix the drop in milk, juice or food.

Precautions and warnings

To avoid any contamination of the product, do not put the dropper or the bottle in direct contact with the mouth.
