HMB 3.0

HMB (Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) is a Metabolic Aid of the anabolic amino acid L-leucine. HMB is an effective, natural muscle builder when combined with high intensity exercise. A 2014 human study published in The Journal Cytokine titled “Vitamin D sufficiency associates with an increase in anti-inflammatory cytokines after intense exercise in humans” concluded that Vitamin D sufficiency increases the anti-inflammatory cytokine response to muscular injury. Two further human studies concluded that supplemental Vitamin D enhanced the recovery of skeletal muscle strength following intense exercise and promoted faster recovery of skeletal muscle strength after muscular injury.

Suggested Use
