Directions

Children 1 - 3 years: 1 Serving 1 time per day.

Children 4 - 9 years: 1 Serving 2 - 3 times per day.

Adolescents 10 - 13 years: 1 Serving 2 - 3 times per day.

1 serving = 5 ml (1 teaspoon).
