Recommended Dosage

Children 2 - 4 years: Chew one tablet 2 times per day. Take at the first sign of infection.  To Assist maintain immune function over the cold and flu season, chew one tablet each day.  Children 5 - 9 years: Chew one tablet 3 times per day. Take at the first sign of infection.  To Assist maintain immune function over the cold and flu season, chew one tablet each day.

Adolescents 10 - 13 years: Chew two tablets 3 times per day. Take at the first sign of infection.  To Assist maintain immune function over the cold and flu season, chew two tablets per day.

Caution: Do not use if you are allergic to elderberries. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; use caution if you are allergic to plants of the Daisy family.  Discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or cramps, dyspepsia, heartburn or diarrhea.  Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use. Diuretic effect may occur.
