Inspired by a traditional Korean recipe, our Kimchi is crafted with green cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, onion, ginger, sea salt, red pepper, and garlic, all from locally sourced organic vegetables. Slowly fermented for maximum health benefits, it’s a flavorful addition to any dish. Once opened, the jar will last 6 to 8 weeks—just be sure to keep the cabbage submerged in the brine to extend its freshness.
