Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily, preferably with meals. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have liver or kidney disease or diabetes. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Gastric discomfort, reflux esophagitis, and loss of appetite have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
