EstroVantage EM

EstroVantage EM presents a comprehensive blend of plant-based compounds designed to enhance the metabolism of estrogen and its Metabolic Aids. Cruciferous vegetables, rich in glucosinolates, have been associated with a potential reduction in cancer incidence, likely by prompting a shift in metabolism towards less carcinogenic estrogen Metabolic Aids. EstroVantage EM incorporates indole-3-carbinol (I3C) and its Metabolic Aid 3,3’-diindolylmethane (DIM), along with sulforaphane from broccoli powder. These components have demonstrated links to lower rates of neoplastic changes and a more favorable estrogen profile. Beyond improving estrogen metabolism, these glucosinolates target key signaling molecules like Nrf2 and NF-κB, reducing inflammation.

EstroVantage EM also includes other potent plant compounds with anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. Silymarin, extracted from milk thistle, down-regulates gene products associated with tumor cell proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis, and metastasis. Additionally, it enhances glucuronidation and maintains glutathione levels. The formula further integrates green tea polyphenols, lycopene (from tomato extract), turmeric and rosemary extracts, and calcium D-glucarate. These ingredients have demonstrated the ability to favorably shift estrogen metabolism and reduce the risk of carcinogenesis. In a recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study, it was observed that taking this formula significantly increased urinary levels of the protective 2-OHE1 estrogen Metabolic Aid while decreasing levels of the more hazardous 16α-OHE1 estrogen Metabolic Aid in premenopausal women.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

3 capsules once per day with food or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Warnings

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have iron deficiency. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acids, or if you are taking any Health Products. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are attempting to conceive, have low estrogen or symptoms of low estrogen, have or are pre-disposed to cancer, are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners, or have a liver disease. Stop use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with products containing green tea extract have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
