This is a traditional Trini lime and garlic pepper sauce. Bacchanal means to party, and Trinidadians love to party!   Flavourful, and zesty.  Made with scotch bonnet and bhoot jolokia (ghost) peppers. Try on: curries, salmon, guacamole, stews.

Ingredients

Scotch bonnet peppers, water, garlic, lime juice, vinegar, carrots, chadon beni (bandanya), salt, cilantro, bhut jolokia peppers (ghost peppers).
