Medicinal Ingredients

Certified Organic Hops (Humulus lupulus, ripe strobile).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Distilled water, certified organic alcohol.

Dosage

Adults: Take 0.8-1.5 mL (20-45 drops) 45 minutes before retiring in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner before use: if you are taking barbiturates, sedative drugs, and/or other herbs with sedative properties; if you have depression and/or related diseases.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
