Dosage

Adults: Allow 3 lozenges to dissolve under the tongue at the onset of symptoms. Repeat every 15 minutes until relief begins, then take 3 times daily. For best results, it is recommended to start Health-Wellness-Car-e at least 2 months before allergy season (3 lozenges 3 times a day). Or use as directed by a healthcare professional.

Children: Take 1/2 the adult dose. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
