Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 3 capsules three times daily. For use beyond 6 months, consult a health-care practitioner. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.

Discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if menstruation is delayed or absent, if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, if ou experience breast pain, discomfort and/or Sanderness. Consult a health practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you are taking blood thinners/ srticoagulants or birth control pills, if you are taking Somone replacement therapy (HRT), or if you have a family history of cancer. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, if you have diarrhoea or haemorrhagic desses, if you have allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley), or if you have permenorrhoea (heavy periods).
