Willow Bark Extract

The white willow tree is the original source of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) products like Aspirin. This natural herb contains salicin which, in combination with anti-inflammatory flavonoids, is said to Assist relieve pain.

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to reduce fevers, to Assist relieve pain associated with headaches and with rheumatic conditions.

Medicinal Ingredients

Willow bark extract (Salix alba), 10:1

(Equivalent to 3.7 g of dried willow bark, standardized to provide 55 mg salicin)

370 mg

 

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and hypromellose.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily as needed, preferably with food.

Cautions

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are sensitive to salicylates. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are taking other Health Products or if you have a medical condition. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms persist for more than five days of continuous use.
