Recommended Dose

Adults: 1-4 times per day. Take with food. Directions of Use: Add 1/4 tsp of 500 mg (1 serving) to a glass of water or milk and consume.

Cautions And Warnings

Contraindications

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have kidney disorders, gout, gouty arthritis, and/or are susceptible to kidney stone formation.
