Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum, also known as Tulasi or Holy Basil), is not only used in religious ceremonies in the Vaishnavite tradition of Hinduism, it also has many medicinal and healing properties, including to Wellness-Car-e anxiety and stress.

Ayurvedic medicine lauds Tulsi as one of the very best herbs, not only for spiritual purposes, but also to promote circulation, reduce fever, and Wellness-Car-e colds, flus, and stomach spasms. How to use

Add 1 tea bag to mug; pour in boiling water; steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bag before drinking.
