Suggested Use

As a Restful-Restful-Sleep aid: Take 1 capsule, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose (1 capsule) during the evening if necessary.

Cautions

Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if Restful-Restful-Sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen.
