Authentic Trinidadian  is the sauce that started it all - originally made as a wedding gift favour by the founders at their intercultural Trini-Canadian wedding.   Guests loved the  traditional carrot based Trini pepper sauce made with a family recipe, emulating the authentic flavour profiles of Trinidad. Every Trini has a variation of this sauce on their table.   If you like authentic and spicy, this is for you. This is easily the most versatile sauce you'll ever try - it goes well with everything! Try on: steak, chicken, pasta, pizza,  eggs.

Ingredients

Scotch bonnet peppers, water, carrots, vinegar, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, chadon beni, salt.
