Make hot or cold cacao by mixing a tablespoon of cacao powder with water, soy, rice, or nut milk (studies suggest that using dairy milk may interfere with the absorption of antioxidants from cacao so non-dairy is better.) Use it in every baking recipe that calls for non-Dutch processed cacao powder. Add to your smoothies, shakes, cereals, and even your homemade frozen yogurts. Your options are endless.
