Ingredients

Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Potato Flour, Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Prep

Preheat griddle or frying pan to 180°C (350°F).

Mix

Add mix into large mixing bowl. Add egg, milk and oil and - mix well until batter is smooth.

Cook

Pour 1/3 cup of batter on hot greased griddle or frying pan. Flip over in 1½ minutes or until bubbles form and pancakes are golden brown.
