Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Capsule shell (gelatin and water), cellulose and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Recommended Dose

Adults : Take 2 capsule 2 times per day. Take two (2) capsules twice daily immediately before breakfast and lunch or as otherwise directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
