Cook the protein or vegetables with a little oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add Simmer Sauce when the protein or vegetables are almost cooked.
Stir occasionally and let it simmer until protein/vegetables are cooked through (around 5 minutes).
Note - Salt is added - adjust to taste. Serve over rice/quinoa or naan.
