Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with 8 oz. (250 ml) of water on an empty stomach. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2-3 hours before or after them.

Cautions and warnings

Contraindications

Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune- compromised condition.
