Important! Wholy Tea must be steeped for 6-8 hours….
Bring 1.5 litres of filtered water to a full rolling boil, turn off the stove, put one tea bag in, cover, and let STEEP
for 6-8 hours. (1 Tea Bag will last 3 days if you drink 2 cups per day) This brings the herbs to full potency. Refrigerate and it is ready to drink. Many people like to drink one glass of tea in the morning and one glass of tea at night or with your evening meal. You may drink more, when you feel your body wants it.

 

 

Recommended Use and Purpose: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a stimulant laxative, for short-term relief of occasional constipation and to promote(s) bowel movement (by direct action on the large intestine). Aloe vera inner leaf provides antioxidants.

Ingredients: 

Detox & Cleanse Type (UPC 181097000224):

Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum, Seed): 250 mg
Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, Herb top): 100 mg
Marshmallow (Althea officinalis, Root): 300 mg
Dandelion (Taraxum officinale, Root): 500 mg
Cascara (Frangula purshiana, Aged bark): 100 mg
Senna (Senna alexandrina, Leaf): 1.5 g
Ginger (Zingiber officinale, Leaf): 100 mg
Turmeric (Curcuma longa, Rhizome): 100 mg
Aloe vera (Leaf gel): 150 mg.

Adults: Take 1/3 of a tea bag's worth (which amounts to nearly 2 Imperial cups), once a day, at bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or health products. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Consult a health-care practitioner for continuous use beyond 7 days.

To Prepare the new type: Brew a single teabag in 1.5 litres of boiled water for 6 to 8 hours, and then refrigerate. Drink 1/3rd of that (500 ml - - two cups) per day, such that it lasts you three days. 

Warnings: 

New Detox & Cleanse Type: 

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have an allergy to Asteraceae/ Compositae (daisy) family; or if you have: abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage / obstruction, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes.

Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other Health Products or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; or if you are taking cardiac Health Products such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic Health Products; or if you have a kidney disorder, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, liver or gall bladder diseases (including gallstones or a bile duct obstruction); or if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. 

Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
