Medicinal Ingredients

Each level scoop (5 g) contains:

PGX (PolyGlycopleX)
5 g

Highly purified water soluble polysaccharide complex manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex Process: Konjac-mannan (Amorphophallus konjac) (root), xanthan gum, sodium alginate

Recommended Adult Dose

1 scoop 2 times daily. PGX can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (250–500 mL) or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

For weight management and appetite reduction: 1 scoop 3 times daily.

Recommendation when using PGX for the first time:

Week 1: ½ scoop 2–3 times daily.

Week 2: 1 scoop 2–3 times daily.

Week 3 and beyond: 1 scoop 3 times daily.
