It also contains bone-friendly ingredients Collagen, Manganese, Boron, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3. Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, sorbitol, citric acid, blueberry flavour, fruit and vegetable blend, natural fruit flavour, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, Stevia rebaudiana leaf.

Directions

Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) once per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products.,Shake well before each use. Contains ingredients that may settle.
