How to Use

Use Magnesium Gel at your massage therapy session, after a workout, a long day hunche over a desk, or Assist relieve sore aching muscles, including restless legs

Massage up to 5 ml (1 tsp) on areas of tens Rinse after a few minutes, if desired.
