Adult Dose

Take one capsule four times a day with food, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Do not open capsules; this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients.

Cautions
